Monkey & Bird is a hidden gem! They have a fantastic selection of Japanese liquors and the cocktails are top-notch. The service was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. They also offer a few dessert options which were a nice touch to end the night. Definitely worth a visit!

Really cool spot for drinks and dessert. Tiny bar, intimate seating, can probably fit only 8 people. But service was great and their coffee and desserts are nice. Uniquely japanese. The egg pudding was top notch!

I came here with my friend today because I saw a video online recommending this place. I really enjoyed it, the food was DELICIOUS, the atmosphere was really great especially with the background jazz and the little shop was adorable and cozy. I'll definitely come back with my mum next time as I think she'd love it! By the way make sure to bring your card as the shop doesn't take cash! Thank you so much 🙏

I had the loveliest time! 💖 I ordered plenty of desserts. From the wonderful chewy mochi, to the magical whipped cream, each treat was beyond delightful. 💞 I highly recommend their fortnightly special parfait! ✨ The warm lighting, stunning desserts, and cozy interior create a comfortable atmosphere. Always flawless, Definitely my fav cafe! 💗Please, you must visit!!🫶

I wanted to go here during the day when it’s a cafe and at night when it’s a bar before leaving a review. I can confirm that the service is exceptional both day and night, all three desserts tried are amazing, the coffee is delicious and so are the cocktails. The whiskey selection is also amazing. Yes you can go here at night time for dessert without needing to buy alcohol. There’s really no reason not to go. Love it.

A nice, charming and small cafe/bar hidden at the corner of Ginza Nana Alley! The atmosphere and look of the space is really good, it brought back memories of when I was in Japan and I would see cafes like this in plain sight! I chanced upon the place because I wanted to get some ramen at Onomichi Ramen Mitsuya. It does get busy from time to time so be prepared to wait as there is only 1 person manning the cafe, please be patient and understanding to the staff! I definitely recommend getting the pudding!

I was craving for a matcha drink after a long walk in the city but it was after 5 pm, I didn’t realise it was their bar hour so I got a matcha cocktail instead. What a spontaneous day. I love how hidden it is and the bartender is so accommodating and nice. So professional. Will comeback again!

10/10 desserts in a cosy bar. We went on a Tuesday after lunch and there was a small queue. The place seats about 10 at most. There was one server and she did everything. The server kindly shuffled the customers up so that she could fit as many in as possible and the queue moved quickly. We ordered before seating and the desserts came quickly. The cream was hand whipped right in front of us, something we don't witness too often. Coffee jelly was outstanding. Strong coffee flavours with a soft jelly. They really nailed the texture. Paired with the hand whipped cream, it was heavenly. Probably the best coffee jelly I've ever had. The caramel pudding was good. Great texture again. The pudding itself wasn't sweet; they've let the caramel sauce sweeten the dish. Just the right amount of caramel to go with the pudding. While the caramel pudding was good, we couldn't say it was the best we've ever had. That being said, it was still by all measures an honestly good caramel pudding and at the right price. When we left, some regulars were chatting with the server, laughing and taking pictures. It made for a wonderful atmosphere - cosy, sweet, warm, and friendly. This place is definitely worth multiple visits.

It’s a very very small Japanese style dessert cafe and bar. At first, I had a hard time finding this cute spot 😭 but it turns out it’s tucked into the corner inside the Ginza shop next to Hifumi noddle restaurant. Just follow the vending machine in the photo, and you’ll find the entrance! The cafe itself is tiny, with only about 7 bar seats, but the atmosphere is really nice. The egg pudding and matcha latte were especially delicious. I definitely want to come back and try some other drinks next time.
